MKM Creations serves Boise and the Treasure Valley. They can access remote destinations by foot, bike, 4x4, or motorcycle. Place your order online to see travel fees for locations outside the Boise Metro area.

How long will the photo session last?

Most shoots last between 1-2 hours depending on the size of the building and lot. This is based on arriving at a prepped and staged home. Turning on lights, adjusting blinds, or moving items will reduce the time available for photography.

What do you typically photograph?

They photograph the property based on their experience and expertise. They typically skip garages, side yards, unfinished basements, and some laundry rooms, and try to cover at least one angle of every room. Properties are shot as-is, so they should be staged and ready before arrival.

What about children and animals during the shoot?

Please keep children and animals away from the photographer during the shoot. Remove all litter boxes, food and water dishes, cages, pet beds, toys, and small playsets for the session, as potential buyers may be distracted by them.

After the shoot, they will return the property to the state it was in before arrival. Leave special instructions if no one will be present, such as leaving blinds open or a porch light on.

Guaranteed delivery is 1-2 business days. Processing typically takes the same amount of time as the shoot itself. Photos taken on a Friday will not be available that weekend unless rush processing is requested.

What is your cancellation, rescheduling, and inclement weather policy?

Each client gets one free cancellation per year. After that, cancellations within 48 hours incur a $50 fee, and cancellations within 24 hours are billed the full service price. They shoot in all weather conditions — rain, snow, sleet, or shine — unless there is a life-threatening situation. Main packages include blue sky replacement for exterior photos.

New clients pay on the day of the shoot. They accept all major credit cards, cash, check, and bitcoin. They are also open to trade arrangements.

Images may be used by the agent for all marketing materials and self-promotion related to the listed property. Images are copyrighted by the photographer, with a license granted only to the agent and their parent company. Third-party use is strictly prohibited without written approval from the photographer.
